Marc Henderson President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
Marc Henderson is a chartered financial analyst with more than 20 years at the helm of public mineral exploration companies. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Laramide Resources Ltd. from 1995 to present. Mr. Henderson is the former CEO and President of Aquiline Resources Inc., sold in 2009 to Pan American Silver Corp., and former President of MineFinders. Mr. Henderson holds an economics degree from the University of Colorado.
Dennis Gibson Chief Financial Officer
Dennis Gibson has been the Chief Financial Officer of Laramide Resources Ltd. since 2006. Mr. Gibson has held various senior financial positions for the past 30 years. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Aquiline Resources Ltd. (2006-2009), which was acquired by Pan American Silver Corp. and Forrester Metals Inc., which was acquired by Zinc One Inc. Mr. Gibson is a CPA, CGA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
Lloyd Jones General Manager, Australia
Mr. Jones has more than 30 years of experience working within the private and government sectors. Mr. Jones leads the Company’s Australian subsidiaries, strategic development and project deployment in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Josh Leftwich Vice-President of Operations and Strategic Development, U.S.A.
Josh Leftwich is the Vice-President for Operations and Strategic Development, U.S.A. Mr. Leftwich is responsible for advancing Laramide’s uranium assets through development and into production in the United States. Mr. Leftwich’s career includes a role as Director of Radiation Safety and Licensing, reporting directly to the President of Cameco. At Cameco, he was a key senior manager in charge of operational compliance and oversight of three mine operations and seven development projects. He was the key contact for all tribal relations which required development and administering of policy processes, as well, he was the key regulatory contact for all state and federal communications including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Additional highlights in his uranium mining experience includes negotiating complex regulatory issues at Uranium Energy Corp. (UEC); and, as a key component of the initial start-up team at Mesteña Uranium (now The Alta Mesa Project owned by enCore Energy and Boss Energy), he was responsible for all permitting activities including demonstrating and communicating groundwater restoration capabilities and establishing health, safety and environmental/radiation programs from greenfield to production.
Rhys Davies Vice President Exploration
Rhys Davies is a Geologist with diverse commodity experience in mineral exploration across Australia, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and North America. Mr. Davies is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG); Registered Professional Geoscientist (RPGeo) in the field of Mineral Exploration; and, a Fellow of the Geological Society of London (FGS). Mr Davies holds an MGeol (Hons) Degree in Geology from University of Leicester and MSc in Nuclear Decommissioning and Waste Management from University of Birmingham.
Chris Irwin Corporate Secretary
Chris Irwin practices securities and corporate/commercial law and has been the managing partner of Irwin Lowy LLP since January 2010; prior thereto he was the President of Irwin Professional Corporation from August 2006 to December 2009; and prior thereto he was an associate at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP from January 2004 to July 2006. Mr. Irwin advises a number of public companies, board of directors and independent committees on a variety of issues. Mr. Irwin is a director and/or officer of a number of public companies. Mr. Irwin is a former Director of Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc., a company acquired by IAMGOLD Corporation in a $608 million transaction; former Director of Southern Star Resources Inc., which was formerly listed on TSX prior to becoming Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. and being taken over by Goldcorp Inc. in a $1.5 billion transaction.
Ann Baines Director, Investor Relations
Ann Baines brings more than 20 years of experience leading investor relations responsibilities for TSX listed junior mining companies, including Bannerman Resources, Frontera Copper, Queenston Mining and Kensington Resources. Prior to that, she built a public and media relations consulting business with clients including the technology and media sectors. For the past 11 years, while residing in Southeast Asia, Ann co-developed the concept for a new hotel brand and presented to private equity firms and high-net worth family offices in the region’s key financial centers. She holds a B.A.(H) in Geographic Information Systems from Queens University and recently completed a Finance Management certificate from the University of Toronto.

John Booth Chairman of the Board
John Booth is the non-executive Chairman of the Board and is a member of the Compensation and Nominating & Governance Committees. Mr. Booth is a corporate director of several listed companies. He was the co-founder and CEO of Midpoint Holdings Ltd. until 2015, and stepped down as Chairman in 2017. Mr. Booth is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario and Attorney in NY & DC and worked as an investment banker, broker and fund manager in the international capital markets for more than 25 years at Merrill Lynch International, ICAP, CEDEF, ABN AMRO Bank, the World Bank and Climate Change Capital. From 2004 until 2012 he was also a partner with JAS Financial Products LLP, a U.K.-based alternative asset manager trading under the name Conservation Finance International. Mr. Booth holds a BSc. (Hons) in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Guelph, LLB & JD from the joint International law program at the Universities of Windsor and Detroit and LLM in international finance, tax and environmental Law from Kings College London where he is now a guest lecturer on ESG in the business school.

Jacqueline Allison Director
Ms. Allison brings more than 20 years of Canadian and international experience at major institutions in the fields of mineral economics, financial analysis, investment management and investor relations. Previously, she was VP Investor Relations and Strategic Analysis for Augusta Group of Companies, with similar senior executive capacities at Dominion Diamond Corp. and Hudbay Minerals Inc. Prior to that, she served as a VP and Research Analyst at various banking institutions, including BMO Harris Investment Management Inc. Ms. Allison is the Past-Chair of the Management and Economics Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), and a Corporate Director for both McMillan Research in London, UK, as well as Ride HOVR Corporation in Toronto. Ms. Allison holds a PhD in Mineral Economics from McGill University, a Professional Geoscientist (Ontario) designation, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Raffi Babikian Director
Raffi Babikian has extensive nuclear fuel cycle industry experience, including having provided corporate finance and marketing advisory services to uranium mining companies across the globe for the past 12 years, both as an investment banker and as an independent consultant. Mr. Babikian began his career at AREVA SA (now Orano SA), the French nuclear fuel cycle company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University, Masters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris.
John Mays Director
John Mays is a licensed professional chemical engineer with over 30 years of experience with in-situ recovery and the uranium industry. Mr. Mays began his early career at uranium ISR projects in South Texas operated by Everest Minerals in 1986, a company led by his father and one of the first commercially viable pioneers of uranium ISR technology. Since that time, he has developed broad technical knowledge and regulatory experience with uranium recovery throughout the U.S., having had significant involvement in a multitude of uranium projects throughout the western US including roles in New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming. Notable among his recent experience was his role as Vice President with UrAsia Energy Ltd. based in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 2006 to 2008 during the successful initial construction and operation of the Akdala, South Inkai, and Kharasan-1 uranium ISR projects. Mr. Mays served as Vice President of Powertech USA Inc. from 2008 to 2014 and its successor, Azarga Uranium Corp., for which he served as COO from 2014 until its merger with enCore Energy Corp. in 2021. . Since 2023, Mr. Mays has been General Manager of Florence Copper LLC owned by Taseko Mines Limited. Mr. Mays holds a Bachelor of Science of Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
