Laramide Announces Date of Shareholder Meeting
TORONTO, Aug. 20, 2025 /CNW/ – Laramide Resources Ltd. (“Laramide” or the “Company”) (TSX: LAM) (ASX: LAM) (OTCQX: LMRXF) announces that it will be holding its annual and special meeting of its shareholders (the “Meeting“) on Thursday, September 25, 2025. The Company has set the record date for the Meeting as Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
The management information circular and all order materials related to the Meeting will be made available on the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
The Company obtained approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to hold its annual shareholder meeting on or before July 31, 2025, which has been further extended to September 25, 2025.
